Instructions
  1. For preparing kerala jackfruit halwa, first mince the jackfruit pieces in a mincer.
  2. Take a flat thick bottomed pan and heat sugar and water.
  3. Add minced jackfruit and stir continuously.
  4. Add ghee when the halwa thickens.
  5. When the mixture can be rolled into a ball, turn the contents into a greased dish. Smoothen the top surface with a spoon.
  6. When the jackfruit halwa has cooled down, cut into pieces and store in an airtight vessel.
