Instructions
  1. Wash and cut down raw mango into small pieces.
  2. To that add smashed mustard seeds, smashed ginger, garlic, chilli powder,salt and mix it well.
  3. In a pan, add coconut oil and when it is hot,add mustard seeds and hing powder to coconut oil and do seasoning.
  4. Add this seasoning to the pickle.
