Instructions
  1. Remove the skin of lime and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds.
  3. When mustard seeds splutter put onion and green chillies & curry leaves.
  4. Reduce the flame and cook untill the onion becomes transparent.
  5. Add lime pieces to it.
  6. Cover it with a lid and cook on low flame.
  7. Simmer it, in between so that it does not stick to the bottom.
  8. When the lime is half-cooked add chillie powder, tumeric powder & salt.
  9. Cook untill done, before removing from fire put sugar.
  10. :- Serve as a side dish with rice.
  11. :- After cooling you can keep it in refridgerator and use as and when required.
