Kerala Nadan Egg Roast

It is a nadan dish in kerala,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.We can eat this curry with kerala appam and idiyappam.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add onions and green chillies saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
  3. Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,gram masala and coriander powder stir for a minute.
  4. Next add coriander leaves,salt and 1/2 cup water boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add boiled eggs to this and boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
  6. Now kerala nadan egg roast is ready.
