Kerala Olan Curry
This is a traditional kerala side dish. kerala olan is made with pumpkins cooked in coconut milk, which gives it a rich and creamy texture.
Ingredients
- white pumpkins chopped 1 cup
- yellow pumpkins chopped 1 cup
- green chillies 5
- salt
- cooked cow peas 1 cup
- curry leaves
- thin and thick coconut milk 1 cup each
- rice flour 1 sp (optional)
Instructions
- chop both white and yellow pumpkins and cook in water
- add green chillies
- add salt
- add cooked cow peas
- add curry leaves
- add rice flour mix if need to thicken and serve
