Kerala Potato Upperi Spicy Potato 5 nos Potato (cut into small pieces)3 nos Onion1/2 cup Grated coconut4 nos Green chillies1 1/2 pinch Turmeric powderGaram masala powder1 tsp Mustard seeds1 tbsp OilCurry leaves (A few)Salt (As reqd) Cook the potatoes along with onions, chillies,grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt, for about 10 mins.When the potato is cooked, add garam masala and mix well.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves.Pour the above seasoning on the potatoes.:- Serve hot as a side dish.
