The Irresistible Taste of Kerala Prawns Fry

The highlight of Kerala Prawns Fry lies in its bold flavors, infused with the richness of spices like turmeric, red chili powder and black pepper. These prawns are marinated with a fiery mix of masalas, then shallow-fried or deep-fried in coconut oil to achieve a crispy and golden texture. The crispy outer layer contrasts beautifully with the succulent prawns inside, making each bite a flavorful delight.
