Kerala Prawns Fry For Rice

S

Kerala Prawns Fry For Rice is a very tasty and exotic seafood delicacy that is quite popular and consumed all over the world. We have quite a wide variety of seafood dishes in Kerala. This is one of the best seafood delicacy that I have tried at home. The recipe looks simple and has a traditional touch. Though prawns and shrimps look similar, prawns have larger claws, legs and a clear gill structure compared to shrimps. Prawns as well as shrimps need to be properly peeled and deveined before cooking. If not deveined well there are chances of getting stomach disorders. Kerala Prawns Fry For Rice is an easy to prepare dish. It’s the peppery flavor that makes the dish flavorful and unique. Cleaned prawns are marinated in a lemony marinade and slow roasted with pepper and other ingredients. Slow roasting browns the prawns and emits an aromatic flavor. Make sure that the prawns do not get burnt. The aroma and flavor is awesome, very tempting.

Kerala Prawns Fry For Rice is considered the signature dish in Kerala. And one vital point make sure to use pure coconut oil for the dish. The aroma of curry leaves and prawns fried in coconut oil is something I do not find words to describe. Prawns are rich in protein, vitamins as well as minerals essential for body. Prawns contain high levels of zinc that is needed to develop a healthy immune system. Growing up kids need protein rich food in daily diet. Prawns are expensive and hence cannot be included in common man’s food. You can explore a mouth watering Kerala Prawns Fry For Rice here. Kerala Prawns Fry For Rice is my child’s favorite dish for rice. I make sure that the peppery flavor is mild for her. Hope you all will try this simple yet very delicious prawn dish with rice.
