Instructions
  1. Cook the prawn along with ingredients no1in a low flame. :- No need to add water, as the prawn get cooked it will give out water)
  2. Let the water gets evaporated completely.
  3. Cut the onion thinely and lengthwise.
  4. Microwave it for 1-2 min.
  5. Add oil in a non stick pan and saute the onion till it get golden brown.
  6. Set it aside.
  7. Add the green chillies and curry leaves and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
  8. When the colour turns brighter set it aside along with the onion.
  9. In the same oil add the coconut pieces till it becomes light brown.
  10. Add garlic and saute for 2 min and add the chillie powder. :-Make sure that the pan is on a low flame so that the powder will not get burnt saute it for another 2-3 min.
  11. Add the cooked prawns and saute it for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  12. Add freshly ground pepper powder and saute for another 1 minute.
  13. Switch off the flame and mix half of the onions green chillies and curry leaves .
  14. Remove it in a serving dish and garnish it with the remaining onion green chillies and curry leaves.
  15. :-Enjoy!!
  16. Note:- If you use kasmiri chillie powder it will give a deeper colour to the dish
