Kerala Rajma Masala
Rajma dhal curry
Ingredients
- 250 gm Rajma dhal soak in water overnight
- 2 nos Onion finely chopped
- 3 nos Tomato finely chopped
- 2 nos Garlic pods finely chopped
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 handful Curry leaves
- 4 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add tomato and let it cook for 2 mins.
- Fry for few seconds.
- Add the cooked rajma to this with 50 ml water.
- Let it boil for 2 mins.
- Garnish with curry leaves and sprinkle few drops of coconut oil.
- :- Serve with roti, rice, idly or dosa.
