Instructions
  1. Cook rajma in pressure cooker with salt and turmeric. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard, curry leaves, garlic and onion one by one.
  4. Add tomato and let it cook for 2 mins.
  5. Fry for few seconds.
  6. Add the cooked rajma to this with 50 ml water.
  7. Let it boil for 2 mins.
  8. Add coconut milk and remove from stove.
  9. Garnish with curry leaves and sprinkle few drops of coconut oil.
  10. :- Serve with roti, rice, idly or dosa.
