Ingredients

Onion
finely chopped

Garlic
finely chopped

Mustard seeds

Dried
Red chillies

Curry Leaves
2
tbsp
Rasam Powder
this is where I cheat!!, Melam/Eastern
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Splutter the
mustard seeds
.
Add the dried
red chillies
, and
Curry Leaves
.
Saute the
onion
till light brown.
Add the
Garlic
and fry for 5 mins on medium flame.
Add the Rasam Powder, stir for 2 minutes.
Now add the chopped tomatoes.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
:- Serve with Basmati Rice, adi poliyaa!
