  • Clean the chicken, remove skin, make slashes and keep aside.
  • Mix together red chilly powder, pepper powder, fennel seeds, garlic, turmeric powder, vinegar and yogurt.
  • Marinate the chicken with the above mixture and keep aside for 2 or more hours.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Deep fry the chicken, till dark brown.
  • Finally, fry the coconut and curry leaves, till brown.
  • Garnish the chicken fry with the above.
