Turned out prefect.smells and tastes delicious.I had it with with cucumber raita( just grated cucumber with natural or greek yoghurt, salt and one diced green chilli) on the side. The chilli could be cut down on if u don`t like it too spicy.I just added two small green chillies instead of 10 red ones. But it turned out really good. Many thanks for making my day!:-)
Very quick work & tastes pretty good too!But Basmati rice cooks fast. So,for 2 cups Basmati rice, add around 2 1/2 cups water.Wait for 2 whistles & then check the rice.If it`s slightly underdone, sprinkle water and shut the cooker again for some minutes.(No more whistles).U can put seperately boiled basmati rice to the finished biriyani to soak up the excess water & to contain the soggyness of rice.
sounds great! but pls tell me what curry masala do we hav 2 use,a specific brand or cn v prepare it at home? do we use water while grinding the masalas.before grinding do we hav to roast the masalas(cinnamon, red chilli, etc)? pls help me asap…

Should we cook rice separately and add to the chicken mix? Or can it be cooked together? This recipe sounds really easy.
