Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  3. Add onion and green chillies and saute well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, spice powder, chicken masala/garam masala and fry for sometime.
  5. Add tomato pieces and mix well.
  6. Remove from the flame and leave it for sometime.
  7. Grind the mixture in a mixer grinder into a paste.
  8. Marinate the chicken pieces with the above mixture for 30 - 45 mins.
  9. Cook this with a little water along with salt.
  10. :- Serve hot.

Hey this is in reply to the question asked… Spice powder means mixture of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.

Hi,
Just wondering, what “spice” powder are you referring to? Is it “Curry Powder” that you get in the Indian stores… ?
