Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into medium pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces with 1 tsp of chilly powder, a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for 30 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the marinated chicken, till it turns golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oil.
  6. Heat up the remaining oil in the same pan.
  7. Add onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves and fry, till golden brown.
  8. Add the remaining chilly powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder, masala powder and heat for a while.
  9. Put the fried chicken pieces into the pan along with coconut milk and mix well.
  10. Add salt to taste.
  11. Cook for few minutes, until the coconut milk is absorbed.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  13. :- Serve hot.

Such a mouth watering recipe. I prepared this when I had lots of guests at home. It was a feast. Everybody loved it. It was so authentic

This recipe was awesome. The day that i prepared this dish we had guests at home and they loved it including my hubby. The only change i made to this dish is that along with the mentioned ingredients i marinated the chicken pieces with some coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and garam masala powder before frying it.

Thank u so much for sharing this recipe..its easy to make and mouth watering as well… i was totally fed up of making only chicken curries and was not sure if i try out something new it would turn out well or not…this recipe came out very well…thank u once again
