Instructions
  1. Cut ginger, garlic and onions into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Fry ginger, garlic and onion till light brown.
  4. Add all the powders and fry for 1 min.
  5. Add water + tamarind paste and let it boil.
  6. Add fish, cover the pan with a lid and cook it on low flame.
  7. :- Do not stir too much after adding fish.
  8. When fish is properly done, add curry leaves and coconut milk.
  9. Remove from flame after 2 mins.
