Fish fillets

Pearl onions
Kunjulli

Garlic

Ginger

Chilli powder
1/2
tbsp
Coriander powder
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
pinch
Fenugreek powder
Uluva
1
pinch
Pepper powder
1/4
tsp
Tamarind
paste
1
tbsp
Oil
3/4
cup
Coconut
milk
1 1/2
cups
Water

Curry leaves
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Cut
ginger
,
garlic
and onions into small pieces.
Heat
oil
in a frying pan.
Fry
ginger
,
garlic
and
onion
till light brown.
Add all the powders and fry for 1 min.
Add
water
+
tamarind
paste and let it boil.
Add fish, cover the pan with a lid and cook it on low flame.
:- Do not stir too much after adding fish.
When fish is properly done, add
curry leaves
and
coconut
milk
.
Remove from flame after 2 mins.
