Ingredients

250 g Prawns
1 cup All purpose flour Maida
1/2 cup Corn flour
4 nos Red dry chillies cut in half
1 no Capsicum cubes
4 nos Green chillies chopped
2 tsp Ginger grated
Salt As reqd
Oil As reqd

Instructions

For preparing spicy fried prawns, mix corn flour and all purpose flour with little salt. Make fine batter adding little water.
Dip prawns in it and fry it in oil.
Drain and keep aside.
In a pan, pour 2 tsp oil and fry capsicum, green chillies and dry chillies. Add ginger and fry it.
Add the prawns and toss well.
Spicy fried prawns is ready.
