Kerala Spicy Pepper Chicken is one of the favorite chicken dishes in Indian Cuisine. Instructions
  1. For preparing Kerala Spicy Pepper Chicken, first clean and cut chicken into small pieces. Wash thoroughly and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds and chopped ginger garlic.
  3. To this add onion, curry leaves, salt and saute well.
  4. Add green chilly and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. When the onion turns light brown in colour add all masalas. Saute until the raw smell goes off.
  6. Add tomato and saute until soft.
  7. Add chicken pieces and combine well. Cover the top and cook in medium flame for 30 minutes.
  8. Finally sprinkle 1 tbsp of fresh coconut oil and mix well.
  9. Yummy pepper chicken is ready to serve.
