Instructions
  1. Heat up a pan or a kadai.
  2. Pour oil, add chopped onion. Saute till it turns brown.
  3. Add green chilly, ginger, garlic, and stir well for 3 mins or and you will feel a nice aroma.
  4. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder garam masala, pepper powder and stir fry till oil starts to separate.
  5. Add chopped tomato and cover with a lid to have tomato cooked properly (medium flame for 4 mins)
  6. In a pressure cooker add this masala and squid along with curry leaves. Mix it properly.
  7. Add salt as required.
  8. Add one cup of water.
  9. Pressure cook for 4- 5 whistles.
  10. After you open the cooker, you have to fry it in low flame till the water gets evaporated.
  11. Stir occasionally. When it becomes thick gravy switch off the flame.
  12. :- Serve hot.

This recipe was simply superb,my hubby loved it!!!!!!!I If u add a bit of coconut milk as a last step the curry will taste more good!!!!! Thanx a lot Daniya !!!!!!!!!

Thank very much Simi…! Nice to hear you all like it..!Even i use to add Cocunut milk sometimes.. that is also very nice..!Dont you think, all these non veg essply fish items, The curry will be more tastier the next day?? in that case it is not that adviceble to add cocunut milk..! ……
