Instructions
  1. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, chilly powder and lime juice for 1/2 hr.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry onion till goden brown.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
  5. Add tomatoes and saute for 3 mins.
  6. Add pulp and all the powders and salt.
  7. Cook till oil separates.
  8. Add 1 cup of water.
  9. Add fish and cook till fish is done.
  10. :- Don`t overcook the fish.
  11. Take in a bowl.
  12. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
  13. :- Serve with rice.
  14. :- If needed, little tamarind pulp and coconut milk can be added. But the gravy has to be thick.
