Kerala Style Tomato Soup

A

Kerala Style Tomato Soup is a classic dish enough to warm up your spirits and fulfil your cravings. During chilled winters and wet rainy days, this is my favorite soup I always turn for. The rich, tangy and creamy Kerala Style Tomato Soup with the refreshing flavor of cinnamon is served with cheesy sandwiches. It’s the unique cinnamon flavor that makes the soup special. You can also serve the creamy soup as appetizer for parties and family gatherings. While selecting tomatoes, make sure the tomatoes are fresh and ripe. The riper the tomatoes, the better the soup will be. Make sure that you roast the tomatoes well until the tomatoes are soft and mushy. Sautéing well adds up the flavor. But make sure that the tomatoes do not get burnt. Relishing a bowl of hot Kerala Style Tomato Soup with grilled cheese sandwich, always brings back my childhood days. The sweetness combined with a tangy flavor is what makes the soup a pure delight. It has an amazing texture and great flavors. You can discover a well detailed Kerala Style Tomato Soup here that is simple and very easy to prepare.
