Kerala fish curry - Kerala Tasty Fish Curry
Ingredients
- 1 kg Fish
- 1 no Onion cut into small pieces
- 3 nos Garlic pods
- Ginger A small piece
- 3 - Green chilly
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 3 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder Uluva
- 1/2 cup Hot & Spicy Ketchup
- 4 - Kukum star soaked in water along with salt, Kodampuli
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- When it is half cooked, add chilly powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder and turmeric powder.
- Add kukum star along with the reqd quantity of water.
- Add ketchup and stir well.
- Cook for 15 mins.
