Instructions
  1. Place pureed tomatoes, rasam powder, asafoetida, tamarind water, salt and plain water in a vessel.
  2. Bring the above contents to a boil.
  3. Add garlic, pepper corns and cumin seeds.
  4. Boil again for 5 - 10 mins.
  5. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  6. Splutter mustard seeds.
  7. Pour this mixture into the boiled rasam.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. :- Serve hot.

This is an awesome recipe…though a few steps are different from the way i do it…have tried ur way too and yes,its really awesome…good work..I do it every week and goes well with hot rice and ghee. thank you
