  • Rice flour(Ari podi) - 2 nazzhi*
  • Jaggery(Sharkkara) - 1 1/2 piece
  • Sesame seeds(Ellu) - 2 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut - 1 cup
  • Coconut pieces(Thenga khotthu (square small pieces)(Thenga khotthu ) - 4 tbsp
  • Plantain(Palyamgoden pazzham) - 3 -
  • Salt - 2 pinch
  • Cardamom(powdered form, Elakka) - 4 nos
  • Cumin seeds(optional, Jeerakam) - 1 pinch
  • Coconut oil(for frying) -
  • *One nazzhi means if you have a milk maid condensened milk tin then it can meassured as one nazzhi. -

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together with enough water make it to a sticky but not very loose batter or paste.
  2. Make small balls or take a big full spoon and put into the heated oil.
  3. Fry, till it becomes golden brown.
  4. :- Serve hot.
