Instructions
  1. For preparing kerala varal curry, clean fish and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil, add fenugreek seeds, onion and fry till color changes.
  3. Grind the onion into paste.
  4. In the same pan, add oil and fry the onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and coriander powder.
  5. Fry till it gets brown color.
  6. Add the curry leaves and fish pieces. Cover and cook till fish is done.
  7. Pour coconut oil on top and serve hot.
