  • Beans(cut into small pieces) - 100 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing Kerala Vegetable Upma, first heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add enough water for boiling rava and let the water boil.
  3. Add some salt to the water and add the rava and stir it continuously. Keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard seeds, add whole red chilies, onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to it.
  5. Add beans, carrot, peas, required salt and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the above prepared rava to the vegetable mix and stir it continuously.
  7. Add tomato to it and keep aside.
  8. :- Serve Kerala Vegetable Upma hot.
