Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fried Rava
  • 1 no Onion
  • 3-4 nos Green Chilies Cut into small pices
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 2 nos Red chilies Kollamulaku
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 100 g Beans cut into small pieces
  • 3 nos Carrot cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Tomato cut into small pieces
  • Peas A handful

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Kerala Vegetable Upma, first heat oil in a pan.
  • Add enough water for boiling rava and let the water boil.
  • Add some salt to the water and add the rava and stir it continuously. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard seeds, add whole red chilies, onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to it.
  • Add beans, carrot, peas, required salt and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the above prepared rava to the vegetable mix and stir it continuously.
  • Add tomato to it and keep aside.
  • :- Serve Kerala Vegetable Upma hot.
