10 nos Lady's finger (Vendakka)1 tbsp Grated coconut2 nos Green chilliesMustard seeds (A pinch)Curry leaves (A few)4 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Fry vendakka in 4 tbsp of oil till it becomes brown in colour.Grind together coconut, green chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves.Saute grated mix for 2 mins without oil in a pan.Add fried vendakka to it and saute for 5 mins on low flame.Switch off the flame.Add curd to the pan.:- If the curd is too thick, add little water and mix.Add salt to taste.
