  • Fry vendakka in 4 tbsp of oil till it becomes brown in colour.
  • Saute grated mix for 2 mins without oil in a pan.
  • Add fried vendakka to it and saute for 5 mins on low flame.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Add curd to the pan.
  • :- If the curd is too thick, add little water and mix.
  • Add salt to taste.
