  • Almonds(roasted and chopped) - 20 nos

  • Condensed milk - 400 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing kesar-badam kulfi, boil milk in a sauce pan, simmer and reduce it to 1 litre by stirring continuously.
  2. Add the condensed milk and sugar and stir it till sugar dissolves.
  3. Soak saffron in 1 tsp of warm milk and add it to the reduced milk.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients: mango pulp, chopped almonds and cardamom powder to it and mix.
  5. Pour in moulds, seal them well and freeze them till set.
  6. Unmould and serve chilled.
