1 1/2 litre Milk1/4 cup Mango pulp1/4 cup Sugar20 nos Almonds (roasted and chopped)Saffron (Few strands)1 pinch Cardamom powder (Elakka)400 g Condensed milk For preparing kesar-badam kulfi, boil milk in a sauce pan, simmer and reduce it to 1 litre by stirring continuously.Add the condensed milk and sugar and stir it till sugar dissolves.Soak saffron in 1 tsp of warm milk and add it to the reduced milk.Add rest of the ingredients: mango pulp, chopped almonds and cardamom powder to it and mix.Pour in moulds, seal them well and freeze them till set.Unmould and serve chilled.Specialties: 1)Summer special recipe.Innovative recipe.
