Instructions
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan and add semolina and and saute until it changes color and become crisp.
  2. Add hot water into this and stir well for 2 mins until the semolina gets cooked.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder and yellow color (mixed in a little water).
  4. Stir well until the kesari doesn`t stick to the pan.
  5. Add fried cashewnuts and kismis.
  6. Pour kesari into a bottom flat bowl and keep aside for 1/2 hour to let it cool.
  7. When it cools, cut it into any shape and refrigerate.
  8. :- Tasty kesari is ready.
