1 cup Semolina (Rava)1 cup Ghee1 1/2 cups Sugar1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)15 nos Cashewnuts15 nos KismisYellow Color 2 cups Water Heat the ghee in a pan and add semolina and and saute until it changes color and become crisp.Add hot water into this and stir well for 2 mins until the semolina gets cooked.Add sugar, cardamom powder and yellow color (mixed in a little water). Stir well until the kesari doesn`t stick to the pan.Add fried cashewnuts and kismis.Pour kesari into a bottom flat bowl and keep aside for 1/2 hour to let it cool.When it cools, cut it into any shape and refrigerate.:- Tasty kesari is ready.
