Instructions
  1. Cook basmati rice (in such a way that each grain should separate) and spread it on a broad plate. Allow it to cool.
  2. Soak saffron in milk.
  3. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
  4. Add cooked rice and fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add sugar to it. As the sugar dissolves, it`ll look bit watery. Keep stirring till ghee separates.
  6. Add soaked saffron with milk and mix nicely. Turn off the heat.
  7. Add raisins, cashews and lemon juice.
