if u want to taste real kfc chicken go to the kfc shop..bcoz..its a secret receipe..and dont know how u gona prepare it.Most of these ingredients are unknown to us..and not available too….I am sure it wont taste as gd as the real kentekky fried chicken..and not kerala fried chicken…
thyme basil those are some herbs which we get from the supermarkets.those are dried herbs which is also used in pizza too. please check in near supermarkets

Thyme, Basil etc are herbs. Nothing to worry about it. The names do not represent any river (or water thereof) or place. Good eating.

really I loved it a lot during my last holiday trip to US during the shopping I just got a free kit of american spices and I donot know what to do with them,seeing ur recipie I felt happy and tried out its really very delicious………it is the most demanding dish now.
Hey Lincy, Thyme is not a river,it`s a herb. Thames is the river which u meant. Obviously you have not about the ingredients. Basil,thyme etc r all herbs.

Why we Indians argue for no reason. This is an american recipe and ingredients are not easily available in India. But you can make it with the herbs we have in India like coriander or curry leaves. Its only a suggestion if you really want to try fried chicken. Try in your own style.

these ingredients are common in USA…..i think these are not available in kerala……these are the hot ingredients for pizza etc
