  • Khajoor(without seed and chopped, dates) - 25 pcs
  • Rose water - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 ltr
  • Cherupazham(chopped, small Banana) - 2 nos
  • Mango(cut into pieces, riped) - 1 no
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Milk powder - 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios green(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Saffron - 1 big

Instructions
  1. In a blender put milk powder, sugar, khajoor and quarter portion of milk and blend it to a thick cream.
  2. Add banana, mango, rose water and rest of milk and make a thick juice.
  3. Keep them refrigerated for 2 hours.
  4. Then pour into ice cream glasses and spread pistachios and saffron on the top.
  5. :- Serve chilled.
