Ingredients

Brinjal
cut into round pieces and put them in
salt
water
so as to get rid of the serum, Khathirikka

red chillies

Kollamulaku

Peppercorns

Garlic
pods

tbsp
Vinegar

tbsp
Oil
Curry leaves
A few
Instructions
Grind together
red chillies
, pepper,
garlic
and
curry leaves
into a paste.
Marinate the
brinjal
pieces with the above paste and vinegar for about 30 mins.
Heat
oil
in a frying pan (shallow frying).
Add the marinated
brinjal
pieces and fry.
Flip them to fry the other side too.
