  • Fine semolina(roasted lightly) - 250 g
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Margarine - 125 g
  • Eggs(beaten till stiff) - 3 nos
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt(A pinch) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing khoya/mawa cake, combine the eggs with sugar and margarine. Beat well.
  2. Add in semolina, baking powder, mawa and salt. Mix well and keep side for about 1 hour.
  3. Pour into a well greased baking tray and bake on medium heat till it is done.
  4. Khoya/mawa cake is ready.
