Instructions
  1. For preparing kidney beans gravy, heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Saute in the onions till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. SautT on low flame till a nice aroma comes.
  4. Pour in a little water and allow it to cook till done.
  5. Once done, pour the tomato puree and coconut milk. Allow it to simmer till it becomes a bit thick.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  7. Kidney beans gravy is ready. Serve hot with naan, chapathi, etc.
