Instructions
  1. Heat oil in pan and add ginger chopped, green chillies, spring onions, onion. Saute well.
  2. Add soya chunks and sautT for a minute in low flame and add tomato.
  3. Now add cooked kidney beans/rajma, lemon juice, coriander powder, garam masala, chilly powder and 2 tbsp of water. Cook till the gravy thickens.
  4. Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  5. Kidney beans/Rajma with soya chunks, a spicy, nutritious and tasty curry recipe is ready.
