Kidney Beans-Rajma With Soya Chunks
Kidney beans
, soya chunks and other ingredients are cooked together

/Rajma
soaked and cooked

Soya chunks
soaked

Tomato
finely chopped

tbsp
Spring onion
chopped

tbsp
Onion
sliced

Ginger
chopped

Green chillies
split

tsp
Coriander powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
1
tsp
Chilly powder
1/2
tbsp
Lemon juice
Pepper powd
Instructions
Heat
oil
in pan and add
ginger
chopped,
green chillies
, spring onions,
onion
. Saute well.
Add soya chunks and sautT for a minute in low flame and add
tomato
.
Now add cooked
kidney beans
/rajma, lemon juice,
coriander powder
,
garam masala
, chilly powder and 2 tbsp of
water
. Cook till the gravy thickens.
Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with
pepper powder
and coriander leaves.
Kidney beans
/Rajma with soya chunks, a spicy, nutritious and tasty curry recipe is ready.
