2 cups Maida10 nos Cashew10 nos Raisins1/2 of Grated coconut2 tbsp GheeSugar. Add required water to the maida, mix and keep it soaked till it absorbs the water.Drain water from the maida.Take thin and thick coconut milk from the coconut. Add the thin coconut milk and a pinch of salt to the maida, cook it well.Then add thick coconut milk to this and stir it well. When it starts to boil, switch off the flame. Transfer this mixture into a serving bowl or glass.Heat ghee in a pan ,roast cashews and raisins.Drop it on the mixture along with ghee.Add sugar, of your choice.Serve it hot or cold. Enjoy! Kerala
