  • King prawns(peeled and cooked) - 12 -
  • Natural low fat yoghurt(plain) - 3 tbsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 3 tbsp
  • Paprika(ground) - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk - 3 tbsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Water - 2/3 cup
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • garlic(crushed) - 1 tsp
  • Fresh root ginger(grated) - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1/2" stick
  • Green cardamom - 2 nos
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Fresh coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Place the yoghurt, cheese, paprika, garam masala, tomato puree, coconut milk, chilly powder and water in a bowl.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together well and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cardamoms and salt to taste and fry over a low heat.
  5. Increase the heat and pour in the spice mixture.
  6. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add prawns and continue to stir-fry, until the prawns have heated through and the sauce is quite thick.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
