Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. When they splutter, add curry leaves, onion and red chillies and saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add tomato and saute again for 2 mins, until it gets mashed.
  4. Add turmeric powder followed by water and salt.
  5. Allow it to boil.
  6. When it boils, add vermicelli and allow it to boil for 2 mins.
  7. Add rava and mix well.
  8. Allow it to boil for 1 min.
  9. When all the excess water drains and it comes to the stage (like upma), turn off the flame.
  10. Add coriander leaves and ghee and mix well.
  11. :- Serve hot with coconut chutney.

hi. Was looking for it since some time. gud one. I added a little chopped ginger and some cinnamon while frying the onions after spluttering mustard. Thats a nice taste too. Thanks
