  • Yogurt(whisked) - 2-3 cups
  • Vanilla ice(cream - 2 scoops) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing kiwi lassi, keep aside 4 pieces of chopped kiwi and blend the rest of the kiwi, yogurt and sugar till smooth.
  2. Add vanilla ice-cream and ice and blend again for 1-2 min.
  3. Pour the lassi into long glasses and garnish with the reserved kiwi.
  4. Kiwi lassi is ready. Serve chilled.
