Kollam Meen Curry

This fish curry is best served for breakfast with Appam, Idiyappam, Pathiri etc. A traditional kollam fish curry is different from other fish curries.

Instructions
  1. Add oil in a pan and add green chillies, curry leaves, small onions and saute it well.
  2. Then add chilli powder, corriander powder, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and saute it well.
  3. Now add the tamarind water and let it boil and then add fish.
  4. Cook in medium flame till the oil seperates.
  5. Now the meen curry is ready.
