Instructions
  1. Clean the prawns.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Add onion and saute well.
  4. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  5. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 mins.
  6. :- Do not let the water dry up completely.
  7. Grind together coconut, turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala powder.
  8. Add the above mixture along with a few curry leaves into the cooked prawns and mix well.
  9. Stir continuously, until water dries up completely and a nice aroma comes.
  10. :- Serve hot.
