Instructions
  1. For preparing kongan pathiri, soak the rice in water for 8 hrs.
  2. Grind it well in a mixer grinder without adding much water.
  3. Add the 2 to 4 ingredients to it and grind it well.
  4. Take some of the made dough in hand and press it in a banana leaf.
  5. Fry it in oil.
  6. Kongan pathiri, a tasty recipe is ready.
