  • Fried Gram - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander seed - 1 tblsp
  • Dry chili - 3
  • Onion - 2
  • Funnel seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves and cinnamon - 2
  • Curry leaves - 1 string
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt(as taste) -

Instructions
  1. In pan add oil and roast coriander seed, dry chili, jeera, funnel seed, pepper and friend gram
  2. Now add grated coconut stir well
  3. Now add Roughly chopped onion and tomato saute well
  4. Now turn off and allow to cool
  5. Now add mixture in jar and grind smooth paste
  6. In pan add oil and temper mustard seed and curry leaves
  7. Add grind mixture and cook to boil and add salt and water 1 cup and boil for 10 mins.
  8. Now its ready to serve Kongu Style Takkali Kuzhambu
