250 gm Koonthal
Ginger sliced
25 nos Garlic
2 nos Green chilli
10 nos Small onion
1no Onion
1no Tomato
1/2 part Grated coconut
11/2 tbsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Corriander powder

4 tbsp Coconut Oil
3 nos Cardamom and Grampu

Instructions

Fry the grated coconut, small onion 5nos, curry leaves a bit, ginger, garlic, grampus, cinnamon, cardamom to brown in colour and make a smooth paste

Take a kadai, add oil rest of small onion, green chillies, onion and tomato ,sourte well ,Then add Chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric to the same along with curry leaves, sourte well Then add Koothanthal Sourte well.
