Instructions
  1. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cook with turmeric powder, salt and water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Pour into the cooked koorkka. Serve hot with rice.
