  • Big payar (Red kidney beans) : ½ cup -
  • Onion : 1 no -
  • Green Chilly : 2 nos -
  • Curry leaves : 1 spring -
  • Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Oil : 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. Cook the vegetables and payar using green chilly, water, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Enter Step
  3. Then heat another pan and add oil in it when it gets hot, then add mustard.
  4. When it splutters add onion and curry leaves to it and saute it well.
  5. When the vegetables gets cooked .
  6. Pour the onion batter to it.
  7. Stir well and transfer to the serving dish.
  8. It will be good with rice and chappathi.
