Instructions
  1. chop the aloo in cubes
  2. take coriander leaves, garlic and green chili
  3. grind it and make as paste
  4. heat the oil in the kadai and add aloo and mix it
  5. add coriander paste and mix well
  6. add turmeric powder and salt and mix well
  7. allow to cook until the aloo get cooked well
  8. now kothamali uralai varuval is ready to serve
