Kovakka Fry
Kovakka fry
Ingredients
- 10 nos Kovakka
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmaric powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Corn flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Cut kovakka into small round pieces.
- Make paste of chilli powder, turmeric powder and Corn flour.
- Add the kovakka in to that paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated kovakka well.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves.
