Instructions
  1. cut the kovakkai
  2. in a bowl add kovakkai, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, maida, corn flour and rice flour and mix well
  3. heat the oil in the kadai
  4. add kovakkai mix and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame
  5. cook until the kovakkai get cooked
  6. now kovakkai varuval is ready to serve
