Add all the above mentioned powders, bengal gram dal, minced chicken, salt and coriander leaves, mix well.Now the filling is ready.
In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt and oil, mix well by adding little water. Knead well and make a smooth dough.Take each ball from the dough and roll it to large chapathis. Cut out with a small round cutter or with a lid.
Place 1 tsp of filling and fold like a pocket.
Press the edges well and pinch the edges together. (as shown in the picture )Repeat this till the filling is finished.
Heat oil in a pan, fry each chicken adas on medium flame on both sides till it turns golden brown.
Delicious Chicken Ada is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
